I didn’t want to say this under the banner of New York magazine, so:

Fuck you, George Lucas. You’re too old and too connected to be unaware that once a creation goes into the world, it’s out of the creator’s hands. If people want Star Wars to be a religious experience, they can. You suck for saying different, and saying it with a huge captive audience. It’s like finding a kid, asking them what’s the first movie or book or whatever that inspired them to do something or be something, and saying, “HEY, IT’S JUST A DUMB THING! JUST A THING! IT’S NOTHING!!”

I’m nothing more than an average level Star Wars fan. I just can’t stand this type of thing. THIS GOES BEYOND STAR WARS, BRO.
